M&S offers selected third-party brands to broaden choice and stay relevant. However, awareness and visibility are low. These mockups explore how we could improve the third-party brand experience by strengthening style perception, increasing order value, driving more search traffic, and boosting brand sales while keeping the M&S brand front and centre.​

Derisk

​Set clear positioning guardrails, brand quality standards, and pricing governance. Pilot in phases, A/B test, gather data from usability reports, success rates (Maze) and align incentives. Closely monitor conversion, AOV, margin mix, customer acquisition, and cannibalisation impact on the main M&S brand. Track search behavior, returns, and customer satisfaction signals continuously.
